Our goal is to help people see their transition journey as attainable and feasible at every step and most importantly, to remind them at every turn that they are not alone and our community across the nation is PRESENT, WELCOMING and RESILIENT!!

When you create your profile you will take a brief survey to help create your tailored page (there will not be any personal identifiable information asked) The questions that we ask will only serve the purpose of cultivating relevant information to you!
How Do We Plan On Reaching Everyone at a National Level?
Our Intent
Our intent is to reach as many people as possible during our initial research build out. The research build out will focus on capturing as much of each state as possible via population size. Our platform will begin with every state having an average of 13 prepopulated cities with resources (if resources are present).
Short Term Expectations
We recognize that we will not be able to reach everyone’s direct area initially but with our strategy we are aiming at having a location included in the some of the most populated cities and expanding from there!
Enduring Strategy
The enduring research strategy will include our team adding new cities to every state every 6 months and allowing our community to suggest local resources that we might of missed in some of our prepopulated cities, so we have a top-down and bottom-up strategy for capturing community friendly resources!

Our team will add 5 new cities to every state, every six months!
